Licensing Agreement
Last updated November 1, 2025This Licensing Agreement sets out who owns what when KiwiDynamics builds AI systems, automations, and software for you. It applies alongside your statement of work.
Our goal is simple: you own the work you pay us to build, and everyone is clear on the few things we keep.
Ownership of Deliverables
On full payment, you own the custom deliverables we build specifically for you, including the code, configuration, and prompts created for your project.
Our Pre-Existing Tools
We may use our own pre-existing libraries, frameworks, and internal tooling to deliver your project faster. These remain ours, and we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to keep using them as part of your delivered system.
- You can run, modify, and maintain your delivered system freely.
- We will not on-sell your custom work or confidential data to anyone else.
- Third-party services and models remain subject to their own licences.
Changes to This Agreement
Any changes to licensing for your specific project are agreed in writing. The general terms here may be updated over time, with the latest version posted on this page.
